COVID-19 Update: 07/20/2020

Dear Customers,

In light of recent events, we will  be making the following changes to our schedule of operations effective 7/21/2020:

  • The drive-thru at our main office in Mineola will return to regular business hours, which are Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-noon.
  • Our Brookshire's location in Mineola will return to regular operating hours.

Outside of our Brookshire's location, all of our lobbies remain closed and are by appointment only.  Our drive-thru services will remain open during regular business hours and are available to assist you with all of your banking needs.  Thank you for your patience as we make adjustments to accomodate our current situation.  We remain committed to providing all of our customers with uniterrupted access to banking services while doing everything we can to keep our employees and our customers safe.



COVID-19 Update: 07/18/2020

Dear Customers,

As an organization that is dedicated to serving our community, we feel it necessary to let you know that as of 7/18/20 we had our first employee at our main office in Mineola test positive for COVID-19.  StatiClean will be at the bank on Sunday to sanitize thoroughly and masks will continue to be required for employees, as well as customers entering the building for an appointment, unless a medical condition prevents you from wearing one.  Please continue to utilize our drive-thru as well as our online banking services and mobile banking app for all of your financial needs.  ATM screens will continue to be sanitized numerous times per day and if you need to use one of our pens at the bank, we would greatly appreciate if you would take it with you.  We will continue being diligent in our cleaning and social distancing efforts to prevent the spread of the virus.  At this time we have no other employees with any signs or symptoms but feel it is important that we implement further safety measures within our organization.  Effective Monday, July 20th, all internal meetings have been cancelled until further notice.  Employees will be asked to stay in their respective offices or stations and will limit interaction with others.  As we manuever through the next few weeks, we will keep everyone updated and will continue to make every effort possible to keep our customers and our employees safe.  Thank you for your understanding.




COVID-19 Update: 07/14/2020

Dear Customers,

As the number of COVID-19 cases within our communities continue to rise, we feel the need to take some precautionary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees as well as our customers.  Effective July 15th, we are making the following temporary changes at Mineola Community Bank.

Lobbies will be available by appointment only.

  • If you need access to our lobby to set up a new account, to apply for a loan, or to access your safe deposit box, please call your local Mineola Community Bank office to schedule an appointment.   Appointments are available Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm.
  • Our Brookshire's location in Mineola will remain open with limited hours:  Monday - Saturday, 10:00am - 2:00pm.
  • We will be limiting the number of non-employees inside the bank at one time to 5 at our main office and to 3 at our branch locations.
  • To comply with Governor Abbott's executive order, wearing a mask is recommended when entering the bank but it may need to be removed temporarily for identification purposes.

Drive-thru services will be available to serve all of your banking needs.

  • We have extended our drive-thru hours during the week at our main office in Mineola from 7:00am - 7:00pm and will keep regular business hours on Saturday from 8:00am - noon.
  • Our branch drive-thru services have not changed and will be remain open during regular business hours.
  • Our ATMs are available 24/7 and the screens and keypads are being sanitized daily.

Continue to bank with us 24/7 from the comfort of your own home using our online and mobile banking services.

  • Access your account balances, transactions, and other important account details.
  • Transfer funds between your accounts.
  • Deposit checks with Mobile Deposit Capture or set up direct deposit to have your paychecks automatically deposited into your account.
  • Pay bills using online bill pay, set up recurring payments, and send money to friends and family.
  • Manage your debit card status, mobile alerts, and much, much more!
