How much does it cost?

There are no additional fees or cost associated with activating and using mobile banking.

How can I activate mobile banking?

You must be an active online banking customer.Print and fill out the mobile banking agreement below and drop it by one of our four locations.

Mobile banking has been activated.

Logon to https://mcbonline.mineolacb.com/m from your mobile device. You must use your online banking user name and password to logon. After logging on a list of accounts to which you have access to will appear.

What types of accounts can customers access with mobile banking?

You can access personal or business accounts through your mobile device.

What types of transactions can I perform using my mobile device?

In addition to viewing your account infromation, you can pay exsisting bills, make loan payments and transfer money between your MCB accounts.

Can account history information be accessed using mobile banking?

Yes. You can view a variety of information about past transactions, including the transaction date, description and amount.

Can I change my mobile banking access settings?

Yes. Changing the user name and password for online banking settings will also change your settings for mobile banking.

What happens when I use an invalid username or password?

An error message appears indicating that invalid logon credentials were used and the system does not allow logon.

What kind of security is included with mobile banking?

Mobile banking includes the following security features:

  • 128-bit encryption.
  • Password protection.
  • Automatic session expiration. The application will time out if the customer has not used the application for five minutes.
  • Privacy protection. No private data is stored on the mobile device.
  • Reduced risk feature set. Customers can pay existing bills but not setup new bills.
  • Masked account numbers. It masks account numbers with X's whenever practical within the application.
  • Multi-factor authentication. Mobile banking provides a multifactor authentication feature that appears whenever the user attempts something unusual, such as using a different mobile device or accessing the site from a new IP address. This feature ask the customer personal questions, and in order to continue, the answers must match the original information provided when the user signed up for online banking.
