Is there a charge for e-statements?

No. You can switch to e-statements for free.

Do I have to sign up for online banking in order to have access to e-statements?

Yes. You can sign up today at https://mcbonline.mineolacb.com/engine/apply/applywizard.asp.

How do I apply for e-statements?

Logon to online banking under the Customer Service tab select apply for e-statements. You must agree to the e-banking agreement and select the account you would like to receive e-statements from the drop down box. Repeat this for each account on which you would like to receive e-statements.

Why should I switch to e-statements?

  • You will receive your statements faster. We will send you an e-mail alert when your statement is ready to view. It will be available to view approximately 48 hours after the statement cut off date.
  • Security- They are actually more secure than receiving a statement via traditional mail. Your e-statements are stored on our secure servers and are only accessible via online banking.
  • Access- You can access estatements for up to six months via online banking.

Will my e-statement look the same as my paper statement?

Yes.

Will I continue to receive paper statements?

No.

How do I print and save my e-statements?

E-statements are provided to you in PDF format. You can use your PDF viewer software to print your statements to your local printer. Also, you can use this software to save a backup copy of your statements to your computer, however once these have been saved to your computer they are only as secure as you make them. If you do not have a PDF viewer you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free at adobe.com
